Breakfast at your desk ideas?
So VERY sick of my oatmeal. Used to have a Slimfast bar, but all those chemicals can't be good for you. Tried cream cheese on whole wheat crackers which was good..
but are there any other ideas out there? Something that will be REALLY filling? Approximately 200 calories?
TIA.

Re: Breakfast at your desk ideas?
Sometimes I have an english muffin with a dab of margerine.
Most of the time, on Sunday, I bake a batch of whole wheat, lowfat, low sugar muffins or some kind of loaf, like pumpkin bread, and I bring them in every morning to have with my tea. It's yummy, and the stuff I make is only about 1-2 WW points

Re: Breakfast at your desk ideas?
When I brought my breakfast to work, I'd bring cereal. I'd put the cereal in one Tupperware and milk in another. I'd mix it when I got to work. Sometimes, I'd also bring left over pancakes and put syrup in a tupperware.
