Breaking Bad 9/15 **Spoilers***
I know the episode isn't even over yet but I am losing my mind. 
It's like this is the episode we've all been waiting for to figure out how Walt gets revealed.
Knew Hank wasn't gonna make it to the finale. That phone call the last episode to Marie about getting Walt finally sealed the deal for me.
I need a Xanax after this show!

That episode was insane. I cannot believe how evil Walt is now. At least he had the decency to let Holly go. My heart just broke when he took her away. I cannot wait for the next two episodes.

It took me an hour to wind down after that! It was all just so real. I found myself crying when it was over just because of the sheer emotion of it all. That was insane.

It's funny because I actually thought this episode showed his last bits of humanity. Obviously he is full or rage against Jesse and that whole thing about admitting to watching Jane die was all about hurting him. But Walt was willing to trade every last dollar he had in the desert for Hank's life. He was giving up $80 million for Hank and I feel like that shows that family still meant everything to him

Whoa! Intense, intense episode.
The writers and actors on this show are so talented. I find myself waiting all week for the next episode, and then right before it starts I almost don't want to watch because the characters are so real that I'm afraid for them and what's going to happen next. I have to remind myself they aren't real people. I'm way too into this show!

ITA! I had trouble sleeping last night because my mind was racing just thinking about it.
I could not watch the knife thought bc I couldn't bare seeing any of them die....

Best show on television...possibly ever, IMO. The writing and acting are just in a class of their own. I'm really going to miss this show.

This is how I perceveid it (tell me if I'm off base):
Walt's call was all an act. He KNEW the cops were listening and he was trying to get his wife off the hook "You know NOTHING about what I do!!!", so she can't be held responsible for anything. We all know that's not Walt's real demeanor, and he was HYSTERICAL trying to get through the call and sound harsh.
Holly looks like my youngest daughter, so seeing her crying was KILLING me!

Yes -- that is exactly what Walt was doing. He was hoping to make sure that Skyler doesn't get charged.
And seriously, little Holly in the fire truck whimpering just broke my heart. That poor little baby girl seemed genuinely scared. I don't like that at all. I feel like she's too young to know how to "act" - so someone they got her rather upset for that scene.

Breaking Bad 9/15 **Spoilers***
I totally think Walt was trying to help Skylar by saying those things... but he still wanted to punish her at the same time. Can't decide if kidnapping Holly was to punish her or part of his plan.
He is most successful when he's rational and a major planner... otherwise when he freaks out, things go wrong (ie, losing all the money trying to save Hank, driving out to the desert like a maniac when he thought Jesse had found the barrels)... he makes careless mistakes. Not sure if Holly was initially a careless mistake or part of the plan.

I agree. He isn't evil, he never has been. I don't really like Jesse and I sort of think he dug his own grave with all of this. Yeah Walt said what he said about Janie to hurt him, but that was after Jesse was hell bent on hurting Walt, and in Walt's eyes got Hank killed.
Walt felt bad that Janie died, but Janie was a piece of work, and bringing Jesse down, so I think the loss of Janie to Walt was necessary on many levels.

Amazing episode. We were screaming at the TV!
Walt is the ultimate narcissist. He blames everyone else for what goes wrong & accepts no responsibility at all. Hank gets killed & he blames Jesse for it.
Your BIL's life's mission is to take down the drug dealer spreading a dangerous, potent product. It's you. He dies trying to nail you & it's the pawn guy (Jesse's) fault.
He takes Holly in anger thinking he'll still be able to save his family, realizes he can't do it & then lets Skylar off the hook with the DEA.
I think he's going back from the Aryan Brotherhood & his money. Whether he kills Jesse or not is an open questions I have.
Telling Jesse he killed Jane was the nail in the coffin but now that he's lost his family & his money, I wonder if he's softened for Jesse again.
I loved this scene from the firehouse (saw it on Reddit, I'm not nearly astute enough to have noticed it when I was watching it on TV  ):

Every single thing on this show has been thought out and has meaning. Even the color of the clothes that they wear... I remember reading about how this season they had Skylar dressed in a lot of neutrals to show that she was becoming dead inside like Walt (who also always wears neutrals).
It's the little things like this that make a show so great.
