It was reported that the duct tape was on the mouth of the skull. I really hope this sick b*tch gets the death penalty.
wow I'm shocked that the tape didn't decompose like the body the body is so decomposed its said they can't tell if its a boy or girl.

I just said to DH last night - this... girl makes me sick. I wish some way I could have taken this baby off her hands for her.....I would love to have that beautiful little girl, and this POS leaves her on the side of the road like a peice of garbage.
I hope she gets thrown into General Pop for about 5 min... sometime very soon.

This story breaks me heart, that little girl was so beautiful and it just sickens me that her mother would do that to her.

I read in an online article (MSN.com) that Florida officials are guessing the death penalty option will not be pursued, it is not in the state's best interest at this time.
That poor baby, the one person who was supposed to love her the most hurt her the worst. I am so sad about this, I have been following from the beginning. I was talking to DH, I hope to God they don't try the insanity plea or any of that....she does not deserve to plea insanity...only my opinion. She is disgusting. I hope that little girl finally gets some closure.

duct tape lasts a while in the dumps versus human flesh is a warm state.
Plus the location the body was found in was under water until a few weeks ago, I'm sure warm water helped speed up the decomposition of the body.

That woman is sick and deserves to rot. While I still wish they would find Caylee alive, I know in ym heart and gut this is probably her. At least she can rest in peace now.

Sad but true
It was just reported on my local news that the State can reverse thier decision if they choose but they won't know yet until it is confirmed. They have 45 days to change thier minds. Right now they are just sitting back and watching. Everyone in FL wants the DP.
Right now Dr. G (yes the medical examnier on tv) is doing the autopsy and we are hoping to find out this weekend or sooner if it is her.

Why wouldn't they give her the DP? Didn't she allude to killing her? It's not like she was insane/severe PPD, either. I'm so full of rage about this... if I had one moment with that POS.....
