Breast feeding/pumping moms: Do you wear a bra all the time?

They told me in the hospital to wear a bra all the time to keep the girls from sagging. I believe they said to even wear it at night, which I've been doing. I'd rather sleep without it at night to get a "break" from that restrictive feeling.

What do yo do?

I have been going w/o it at night! Its only been 9 days, but im not having any problems.

I have the Medela sleep bra that is very comfortable! I usually wear a nursing bra or a tank with the built in part! I have not worn anything with underwire and have gone bra less in a few strapless sun dresses...do what feels comfortable...

I wear one all the time otherwise my shirt is soaked from leaking.

Yes, I always did! Also because I needed to wear nursing pads, especially at night.

Target makes some really comfy nursing bras!

I wear a bra all the time. If I dont wear one at night the girls are all over the place..

I wear one all the time. During the day I have a more supportive one. Its the Elle MacPherson nursing bra I ordered from Bloomingdales. Its comfortable and supportive. At night I wear one that I got from destination maternity. Its not supportive buts its comfy for sleeping.

I just can't wear a bra to sleep, too uncomfortable. I am sure the girls will sag but I have bigger problems lol

I always wore a bra or a nursing tank....when I stopped bfing they still sagged

Wore one 24/7 for the first 10 weeks. Not at night anymore.

sleep nursing bra, very comfy.

I had my baby 3 days ago and haven;t worn a bra at all. I am very engorged right now so im just wearing my Target nursing cami and that's it, maybe when the engorgement goes away I will wear a bra again but I wouldn't be able to fit into anything right now, I look like I have an "amazing set of implants" as DH says.

I wore a sleep bra. I think I got in BRU.

I tried the Medela one, but the sizing was off and it didn't fit me well.

I wear a nursing bra at all times.

5 months of EBF and if I don't always wear a bra I leaked everywhere.

i wore a sleping bra at night. i was uncomfortable without one

OMG I had to wear one 24/7 to keep the pads in or I would leak all over the place. Taking a shower and getting to take my bra off was like a day at the spa!

ETA: As far as sagging, I wouldnt even want to know what "the girls" would look like if I didnt wear my bra all the time.

I sometimes would go without a bra during parts of the day if I was just on the couch watching TV and feeding DD but I always wore a sleep bra at night. So comfy, plus I needed something to hold the pads in place because I leaked.

I wore a bra around the clock when BFing and my boobs still sagged lol. It's been about 6 months since I stopped nursing and they are looking better though... either that, or I got used to their new "look"

I wear one so that I have a place to put the pads but in truth these nursing bras have zero support so I'm not kidding myself that they are doing anything to prevent sagging, puleeeeease

I wear one at night b/c if I don't wear one with nursing pads I leak everywhere.

I only wore a nursing bra if I went out. I LIVED in my bravado nursing tanks and the Gillian O'Mally nursing tanks at Target. I wore them ALL THE TIME. I loved them! I never wore a bra at night. The girls needed air I " on accident" took home 3 of the bed pads and slept on those and around my pillow so when I would leak I just washed those instead of the whole bed. When I stopped the night nursing, at 9wks she was STTN, I HAD to wear a bra and pads because I was CRAZY engourged. It went away soon after.
