I would say (again) freeze some and defrost it before you build up a bank. I had a lipase in my milk that made it all rancid when it was defrosted. I had a HUGE freezer full of BM that I had to throw away. YOu can read more about this on Kellymom...

Re: breastfeeding moms who pump
I have the same issue with not producing enough during the day (at work) to satisfy DD for the next day. So in addition to pumping 2x at work....I pump at night after her last feeding. I probably get about 4 oz out of that last pumping. Combined with what I pump at work...it's just enough. I make sure on the weekends that I pump after at least 3 of her feedings daily so I can freeze some milk. So for Saturday & Sunday, I end up freezing about 15 oz. or so. It takes a little pressure off for the next week. I also already have a little stockpile in the freezer so I dip into it a couple of times a week (as needed).
Some women supplement formula for these reasons. I didn't want to do that so I just pump like crazy!!! Good luck!

Unfortunately, those are pretty much your two options- supplement or pump after every single feeding so you can get every last drop, and hopefully increase your supply. I only work part time, so I didn't have a need for as much pumped milk.

Re: breastfeeding moms who pump
I pumped at work from when my son was 3 months. I pumped at work and would only get about 8 oz in the 2 times I would pump. I pumped at 4am in the morning and before I went to bed at night. I pumped on the weekends too. I had about an average of 16oz to feed him while I was not with him and BF him whenever we were together. I had to supplement a few times when I couldn't get enough when he was arounf 10/11 months old. I was pumping all the time because I was not a super milk making machine. Just to get those average 16 oz was tough.
DRINK tons of water, eat oatmeal at breakfast and nurse/pump as often as you can.
I would try to get a fridge/freezer supply so you have alot of milk to start out with. Also..you get the most milk in the morning.
I also suggest the book...
