I bought them yesterday when we decided to put DD in her crib. She is 3 months old.

3.5 months...... right after we took out the regular bumpers when DS started rolling over in his sleep.

I think Troy was 5-6 mos. For the longest, he did not bother the bumpers, but then he started sleeping ALL over the crib and began hugging the bumpers while he slept. I went right out and bought the breathable bumper. SO glad I did!

About 6 months.

But Noah now rips them off ( 10 and 1/2 months) ...

When I was setting up DD's bedroom, just before she was born. She's almost 2 and still has them, but they don't really do anything any more. I should take them out, but I've just been to lazy to... Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Not really. They were helpful when DD had pacis. They kept them all in the crib, instead of dropping on the floor. It also helps keep arms and legs inside the crib.

If they are causing more problems than they are solving, I would take them out.
