broccoli question....
My FIL gave me some broccoli from his garden but I don't know what to do with it. I really have no cooking experience at all. I am just learning now 
Any suggestions?

make some pasta. during the last 2 minutes of cooking the pasta, throw in broccoli crowns cut up (cut off stems)
then dran it into a strainer
add a little olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes
its a good side dish and easy
or you can skip the pasta and just toss boiled broccoli with parm cheese red pepper flakes and salt and pepper on it
