Brownie secrets

Anyone got any for chewy brownies? i always overcook even if i follow the directions completely on the box..HELP!!!!

It could be they're over-mixed- if you over-blend, brownies end up tough, for some reason.

okay but by how much do you undercook..i can't seem to find the right amount of time and then they are always dry because i think they are too mushy and i put them back in..i'm a disaster when it comes to brownies

I actually use two boxes and cook for longer. It makes them thick and moist!!!

Don't forget that it still cooks for a little while after taking it out of the oven.

me 2. You have to undercook it a little bit. Do you use toothpick to check to make sure there ready? I also bake it at about 325 so I dont over cook.
