Exactly 2 weeks before your due date. Mine was waiting for me in the mailbox when I was 38 weeks!

It is 2 weeks before your "event" date. I changed my event date to be 1 week sooner so I actually had the coupon 3 weeks ahead of time. It helped to get the last minute things without shopping at 39 weeks pregnant.

I got mine about 2 weeks after I delivered, and my DD was 8 days overdue...so 3 weeks after my "event date".
