BRU Return Help-Question
I bought a humidifier a few weeks ago but want to return it...I cannot find my receipt and its driving me crazy!!!
Does anyone know if they keep track of purchases made on a gift card? I know they can look up a purchase on a credit card-but I used a gift card.
Anyone have any ideas? In the meantime I'm going to continue searching....

I'd call and see if they can look up gift card purchases. SOmetimes they can look it up by your phone number too. The phone number helped me out with a purchase he got from an aunt and uncle that was broken and we had no receipt.

I'll try that, thanks.
If you don't have a receipt you can return something if you used a credit card and you have that card. I'll let you know what they say about the gift card.

Really? That's not what I heard! But again, the policy changes as you talk to different employees working different shifs and stores.

Really? That's not what I heard! But again, the policy changes as you talk to different employees working different shifs and stores.
They have the same system as target. They can look up the receipt with your credit card.

I know, it is so annoying!!!!
When I was there trying to exchange a box of diapers for a bigger size, the girl said if I bought the original box with a CC they could look it up...I didn't though so it didn't help me. I eventually found the receipt.
I dont' even want to call because I know even if they tell me they can look up a gift card I'll go all the way there only to be told I can't!!!
