brunch menu
i have vague thought of having my in-laws and my parents and grandma over for brunch in a few weeks (so 7 people total)... thoughts on this menu?
- mini blueberry corn muffins
- mini croissants (not homemade)
- orange honey butter
- fruit salad
- 2 quiches - one with mushrooms and gruyere in a hash brown crust, the other with smoke salmon in a pie crust
- roasted asparagus
- cherry coffee crumb cake
