BTDT MAMAS....

MY son is 8 weeks old...he is sooo good,...never cries really unless heneeds a new diaper, food, gas, etc...

When he wakes up in the AM he is fussy right away in the cradle..(like he doesnt pay there alone for a few) He wants to come right out....

Should I take him out right away or let him wait...ii take hime out case hes just tooo cute...am I setting myself up for something bad in the future....LOL, well not bad but u get it...

Re: BTDT MAMAS....

Honestly, I would take him out immediately - he is still so young!!!

But, I do it for Cailen still - if he slept all night and wakes up crying, which he normally does, I come and get him...

I would take him right out. hes to young to be spoiled. Right now i feel you need to let him know your there for him and build that security feeling with him. At 6m then i would worry about leaving him in longer to play.

I used to scoop up my daughter immediately for any little peep she made at that age. No lasting damage here. At 18mths now she plays nicely in her crib in the morning til I come and get her.

I say take him out. Why make him wait? I think if you're there, then there is no reason for him to wait. My mother on the other hand would tell you to make him wait, but at 8 weeks I don't think that is teaching them anything. Pick him up and enjoy him! Chat Icon
