BTDT Moms / CIO Moms...When did your DC transition from one nap to two? UPDATED

Grace has been crying for 10 straight minutes in her crib. She will not take her second nap. She naps so well usually, but since the daylight savings time change the second nap or the first has become a battle. We even changed her shade to the light blocking shades and still she has to CIO to sleep. She never did this and has little bags under her eyes because she is not taking her naps.

She does sleep through the night from 9:30PM-7:30AM. Her usual nap schedule is 10:30AM-12:30PM and 3PM-4:30 or 5PM, so now it is 7PM, she is rubbing her eyes, she has a clean diaper, she does not want a bottle and when I try to hold her she is squirmy and does not want to be held. HELP!!!! Suggestions?

I do not know what more I an do. How long should she CIO? 10 minutes? 15? 25? 35? I never had to do this until now.

ETA: At daycare she naps for 2 hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon.

UPDATE: She cried for 15 minutes & Now she is sleeping. I checked on her like every 3 minutes when she was crying. It was horrible to hear her cry like that, feeling like there was nothing I could do. What can I do next time this happens? Any Advice? TIA

I keep doing what you are doing. Keep her naptimes consistent and let her CIO while checking on her. She will soon learn and naptime will be a breeze.
