BTDT Moms - Shoe size getting bigger!

I just tried on a new pair of sneakers in my normal size and they are a bit tight - should I go up half a size? Will my feet ever shrink back down when I lose the weight or can I assume this will be my new size? Which size would you get - current or half size up?

My foot size is annoying. My foot grew a tad bit- my 7s are uncomfortable but 7 1/2s are too big. I also found my foot got a tad bit wider. I think everyone is different, but I would say go up . . .

The sneaker was fine length-wise - it was width that was a bit tight...

I just cleared my closet of a bunch of shoes! I'm counting on them not going back as both my sisters' never did!

It felt nice to purge as most of my collection was not really mommy condusive!

Before DD was born I was a 7. I'm now a 7.5.

The same thing happened with my Mom. Her foot size went up a half a size for both me and my brother, and never went back to normal.

I was a 7.5/8 pre-pregnancy. My feet got so swollen during the 3rd trimester that I couldn't fit into any of my shoes. I bought a pair of size 8.5 sneakers. Once the swelling went away, I could fit into almost all of my old shoes. One or two pairs are tight though.

my feet didn't swell too badly during PG so i never bought bigger shoes, just wore more open shoes. I'm the exact same size right now that I was pre-pg.
