BTDT Moms: Can you wear a girdle after a c-section delivery?
I was hoping to wear the bamboo belly bandit to help with the belly and get it under control but can you wear it right after a c-section?

I don't know that you'd want to right away...I had a Csection and even my comfy underwear was uncomfortable for a while!

I wore a light girdle, if that makes sense! LOL it felt so much better to have that on when i was trying to get up and down and moving around. i didn't wear it to bed.
i wouldn't get a tight one...the one i had was a little more support than regular underwear, but enough to help.

I wore the belly bandit 1-2 weeks after but I wore it up higher so it didn't tough my incision.
I gradually lowered it down as it became more comfortable. It helped alot with back support!

i wore the binder they gave me in the hospital for 4 months!! it helped a great deal!
