BTDT Moms in Labor...tell me what's happening to me??
I didn't go into labor per say w/my daughter. My water broke and I had Strep B, so it was off to L&D to be induced.
With my new bundle, they stripped my membranes at 1cm on Tuesday and sent me home. I've been contracting on and off since then (losing parts of my plug/spotting/etc.). I've also had extreme tenderness in my breasts (leaking at one point). Today, I'm in misery. In CONSTANT (all day) pain; not so much contractions but more like period cramps? I've also (TMI) had to go #2 almost every hour and I feel nauseaus? I'm supposed to go back tomorrow and if there is progress w/the cervix, they'll induce me. If not, I have to wait until Monday. Is anything that I'm going through today symptomatic of labor??? Please tell me the end is near?? I'm ready to jump off the roof.

The period cramps are contractions!  If you don't go tonight, then I bet you will be dilated tomorrow. Have a great delivery!!

Hmmm.... sounds like the beginning of labor if you ask me.
With DD, I started feeling period like cramps around 4:00 pm. I delivered DD at 4:48 am the next morning.
Take note of if there begins to be a pattern to them. If you start getting them at regular intervals, I would call your doc.
