BTDT Moms- Mucas Plug??
So I think I started to lose my mucas plug this morning and I am having period like cramps. I called Dr and they said when they intensify or I don't feel baby move then call back. They said it could be days or even a week. ***? Is this true.....How long after you lost yours did you deliver? I am 38 weeks...
I'm going to go for a walk to try to move things along.....

I haven't BTDT, but if I remember correctly from my SIL's two babies, with one she lost her mucus plug a few days before going into labor and with her second, she lost it over a week before going into labor. I think she lost it around 38 weeks and didn't go into labor until around her due date.

everyone is different but i the day i gave birth i had period cramps, lost my plug, and went to the hospital. gave birth that night. good luck

With Ryan I lost a little here and there for a couple of wks but it was obviously lost when I was in labor - a few hours before I delivered.

I lost my MP on the 11th, bloody show on the 12th and labor started late that night, DS was born on the 13th! GOOD LUCK!

I lost mine in the morning and had period-like cramps that intensified into timeable contractions soon after and had DD that afternoon.

I am having an opposite experience from everyone else.
I started losing my mucus plug on R 10/15 and mild cramps started that night - fast forward to today and I am still mucusy and still cramping but no real contractions.
I read that you can go into labor quickly after, or it could be a few weeks, esp. if you are dilated. Of course, I am on the later end.
4 days overdue and waiting!
