Mucus Plug Question...TMI! for the BTDT ladies
I don't know if I am losing mine or if this is left over blood...I had my internal yesterday, bled and it was gone by the early evening last night no liner was needed to go to sleep with. Today I started to use the bathroom and noticed that some dark discharge was coming out...went again just now and saw a larger clump in the toilet...sorry...but it is dark brown, not the snotty looking color they say it is...now I am wondering could this be my mucus plus mixed in with the old blood from yesterday or is this just old blood you think? I can't tell!!! Sorry for the disgusting details!

mine i lost in pieces - it was more mucousy at first with some blood and then very bloody (reddish) the next day

Sounds similar to what I had. I started losing mine after an internal, continued over the course of the next several days. I was in labor by the weekend! =)
