I noticed if I drank 2 cups in the morning morning by the late afternoon early evening I was fuller. Also drinkng alot of water helps with your supply. Once she puts you on some sort of schedule your body will regulate how much milk you need. I only drank it for a short while, maybe a month and then I stopped.
