BTDT MOms...Does anyone use the wipes warmer?
Do you like it? and can yuo use it when any types of wipes?
I want to pick up the pampers senstitive wipes and wanted to make sure i can use it with the wipes warmer.

nope. never used it.
My SIL did thought because her DD was born in the winter and the wipes were sooo cold.

We didn't get one. My best friend's BIL is a pediatrician and he told me not to get the baby used to warm wipes at home, changes at stores or wherever would be a nightmare if the baby hated the cold wipes. So we used the unwarmed wipes for both of my kids with no problems.

I got one for my shower and ended up returning it after reading the directions. I thought it was too much work. I just would put the wipes in the palm of my hand for a few secs to take the chill out.

I think it is a waste of $$$.
You cant bring it with you when you are out, so they need to learn to have cold wipes.

I guess I'm in the minority. I have one and use it. You can use any wipe with it. Not all the wipes get warm, but DD doesn't mind.

I love mine! It is so easy to use (just put wipes in) and keeps them warm and moist!
She doesn't care that the wipes are not warm when we're out.

I had a wipes warmer and I loved it. Maybe it just made me feel better to use something warm on her bum. She was born in late April and once we put the A/C on in the house (it was warm early last year), those wipes were really cold. She did not seem to mind when I didn't use the warmed ones (like when we were out or something).
p/s - Personally, I did NOT like the Pampers sensitive wipes. They always felt, to me, like they left a film behind; and I find them difficult to pull out of the container. I always get a whole strip when all I want is one. I use the Huggies, and I love them. You can get them in unscented, or sensitive.
