Bummed
Second week on South Beach on Phase 1 and didn't lose any weight..how is that even possible...also, i did not cheat..did not eat any of the forbidden foods. PLUS, i worked out a few days. So most people lost 8-13 during phase one and i only lost 3.5 which was all in week one....I am seriously disgusted. Vent over!

Are you eating bridge foods with sugar alcohols? Caffeine? They may stall weight loss on a low carb diet.

Well i did have some caffeine. But i still think i should have lost something...Feeling better about stuff today. Also accepted that this last 15 lbs is going to take some time to come off, so trying to be more patient. As of today, i'm back on weight watchers except this time i will eliminate all crap...I'm like the way i feel without eating stuff like baked chips, granola bars..etc. I would always count points when i ate that stuff, but i was still eating it. So now i will replace that stuff with nuts and cheese. I also will only drink one diet coke a week, instead of one every day. Maybe that will help me lose a little more than 1lb per week. We'll see what happen next week.

Stop jumping around so much. Find one thing and stick to it. Sometimes your body needs time to adjust to a new routine before you get results.
I'd stick with WW, go to meeting for support and follow it exact. It works, just not over night.
