C Section - Underwear
I forget from last time what they do right after they are done with your surgery. Do they put some sort of diaperish thing on you? Obv you begin to bleed right away, and I remember the nurse changing my pads shortly after, but I don't remember what you have on your bottom as you come out of the OR.

I can't remember exactly but I think there were just towels/wee wee pads  under me and then the big maxi's in the vajayjay area to start...with no undies. I think it was later when I could get up that they gave me the disposables to put on. It's a little fuzzy though, but I'm pretty sure there were no underwear for the first little while at least. I think it was the next day that I starting rocking the grannies.

With my first c-section they had this belt thing that the pads attached to.
This time around they gave me mesh underwear.

I also remember having no undies on right after and for the first day or so, just a huge pad basically wedged up there and a chuck pad underneath. i forgot about that till I read this post

I had pads being held by the binder and a wee wee pad under me.

I had on no undies at first it was just chucks and at some point a GIANT 2 foot long maxi pad just stuck between my legs

NO undies...I was still hooked up to the cathetar. It was the blue wee wee pad and two mega pads.

yup....same here Once I was up and able to walk on my own and survived my first bathroom trip- I was allowed to use pads and underwear...
