C Section Mommy's - a question about bleeding
I did a search on here and noticed that alot of C section moms bled for a while. Today is exactly 1 week post c section and I haven't bled at all yesterday & today. Where there days that were lighter than others? Did any of you stop bleeding after a week? Obviously I am not complaining but I just want to make sure not bleeding enough is not an issue - I am sure there is stuff that needs to come out  (sorry TMI)

This happened to me. It would stop, then come back, stop again I would not wear a pad and then bam, back again.
It was on and off for about a month after.

yes, i did. but it does come back for a day or two here and there.

It was on and off for a while with me too, then it went right into AF 6 weeks PP.

I bled really heavily the days I was in the hospital. When I came home it was a little heavier than regular AF. I would have days of almost nothing, days of spotting, then days of full flow. I bled 6 weeks with my 1st pg and 4 weeks with my 2nd (They gave me something in the hospital to slow down the bleeding b/c they thought it was too heavy)

I only had heavy bleeding for the first 4-5 days then it was light, and completely stopped around 4 weeks PP.

Yes, it would stop and then start again. It stopped completely after about 7 weeks.

I was pretty much done bleeding before I left the hospital. I wore light days for the rest of the time. I maybe had one or two gushes of blood, but not real pad worthy.

Thank you for posting this... it was pretty light for most of today, and then stopped about two hours ago. I was very confused... like you said, I know there's stuff up there that needs to come out!
