C-section recovery
Honestly - for those that have had a c-section, how long did it take you to recover? I am motivated to try to recover as qickly as my body will allow me. I know it all depends on the person but I am just wondering what everyone has experienced. Thanks....

Re: C-section recovery
forever. literally.
i had DD 4 months ago and there are times when my incision still bothers me.
and i had a lot of time at home w/o the baby to heal, it just didn't.

Re: C-section recovery
you need at least a week before you start to feel better....two weeks seems to be when mommies move around with less discomfort (like walking without support, etc). As far as full recovery?? Hmm....much longer. It's no different then getting a total hysterectomy as far as post-op surgery goes; it will take a few mths before you're really "good" again.
