Call doc? Go to L&D?
So all day I have had slight cramping, tightening. Thought Braxton hicks. Or maybe from sex last night 
But as day went on they became more consistent. And a little more painful. They are low. Last about a minute. And are like every five minutes or so.
I'm drinking. And laying on my left side.
I am 31 weeks 5 days.

Definitely call your Dr and they might send you to L&D! Trust your instincts! If it is labor and it is early enough, they can stop the contractions.

Call! Anything that is constant after changing your behavior (drinking water and laying down) is cause for concern. Better safe than sorry!
