Calling all Britax Decathlon owners......
I finally took mine out of the box and want to put it in my car tomorrow and I was just wondering if I'm suppossed to leave that extra cushion on or take it out.....Ava is 10 1/2 months. Is it only supposed to be kept in for younger children?

i just started using mine last week and olivia is 6 months 2 weeks old. 27 inches long and 17lbs i kept it in so she felt secure and she didnt look to squished. i had to have my father move the buckle in between the legs further down as i pinched Olivia's thigh.

DS is 8 months old and I still have all the extra cushion in the seat. I feel it gives him extra support for his head and protection for his sides. He still has plety of room in his seat. We love it and best investment yet!

I took it out because I felt Brianna was squished in there too much.. I have the head one in but not the one on the sides and back.. She seems very happy in the now.. Image Attachment(s):
