Calling the fun girls
My best friend from Boston is coming down on Fri June 22nd 
Shes been to NY a dozen times. But considering itll be June and NICE (hoepfully) i was looking for some ideas for fun things to do that wkd (she will be here til 26th)
Also, to add- Mon 25th is my bday so i wanna do something fun that day.
here are some ideas:
-go into city (already have a dinner place in mind but....what to do that day?)
-wanna drive out east? Def hitting up soem wineries but....what else? Greenport? Montauk? Any little towns you know of??
Just looking for a fun things!!!

the boat basin is on 77th street all the way on the west side. it's a great place to hang out and have a drink. there is also some good shopping along broadway in that area.
If you go out east, claudios is a great spot in orient point. Sag harbor isn't the north fork, but it's a great place to walk around and spend the day out east.
Legends is a great seafood restaurant on the north fork.

ITA the 79th street Boat Basin Cafe is the Best!!!!!!!!
You could also go to central park boathouse, the zoo in CP, Top of the Rock (but that's a little touristy)

or if you don't want to be indoors just go walk around the west village, get a cupcake at magnolia

Claudios is great on a Sunday afternoon but it's in Greenport not Orient Point. Greenport is great, lots of little shops, a few bars, and the water. That's where I'd go.

Well I'm a city girl! To me, a great day is Hanging out in Central Park- the Great Lawn or Sheeps Meadow. The going downtown and walking around Soho/the Village. Maybe grabbing a bite in a little place downtown.
