Camping with the dog?
We want to do a one-night camping trip with our three-year-old DD and our 3 and a half year old Labrador Retiever. Looking to leave Saturday mid-day and return on Sunday. So, not too far of a drive - Catskills maybe?
Does anyone know of any places for camping, relatively close by, that allows dogs?? TIA!

We're going to Jerry's Three Rivers. its near the Poconos but is on the NY side.

We go to smithpoint and Indian Island with our dog.
Most Suffolk County campgrounds allow pets . Wildwood in wading river is a NYS park so it does not.(just an FYI)
Lots of options on the island.
Most websites will tell you if they allow pets and what the conditions are

Thank you so much!! We were looking to get off the Island, see some mountains (or hills!) for a change.
