Can a 2 year old still have typical teething symptoms??

Paige was sick not to long ago with a fever and a runny nose. Now she has another runny nose and is coughing, but she is acting perfectly fine like nothing is wrong with her. She has been like this for a few days now.

She coughs a lot at night...so much so that when I got her this morning there was some vomit in her crib and on her.

I know that she is has parts of her 2 year molars in (they havent fully broke through) and one still hasnt even come it yet.

I know when she was little and I brought her to the ped. with symptoms like these he said that it was teething. I just hate to wait to bring her to the ped. just in case something is wrong.

Jacob had that a couple of months ago. He had all the typical signs of teething...crankiness, runny nose, and he was chewing on everything. We looked in his mouth and the very back of his gums were swollen but nothing ever broke through

Hannah is the same way and is getting her molars. It's been about a month now.
