Can a house be listed for sale with the wrong taxes?
DISREGARD! We called the broker and she just called back and said there was a CO and everything is up to date.
OLD POST.
I am curious, b/c we are seeing a house we realy like this week that is for sale.
It is listed as a 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on mlsli and the realtor website. However, when we looked the house up on zillow and redfin it is still listed as a 4 bedroom 1.5 bath.
Does that mean they never reported the second added on bathroom and the taxes do not reflect that? Or maybe zillow/redfin isnt accurate.

Yep, it can happen.. Best way is to call up and have them confirm.

Thank you! Yes, I just did and she said there was a CO and it has been all updated a few yrs ago.
