What is wrong with this house?
The price keep dropping. think its started about 349,000 a month ago. I see its on Oceanside Road but is it really busy down by that area?

its been listed for 2 years, and it started at $449K.
It must need a LOT of work.
public records shows the address as 2770 Oceanside, while the listing says 2970 - maybe people can't find it

I just past that house yesterday - It is on a busy road and looks like it needs a lot of work. At least they could of cleaned up before taking pictures.

Short Sale + Busy Street + Not Taken Care Of = Hard to Sell
The floors look awful and it's a total mess. That part of Oceanside Road has a big curve and it would be very hard to get out of your driveway.
Still, I guess worth a look for that price.

According to the ML site this is a short sale. Which means the owner owes more on their mortgage than the house is worth. The also could have priced it originally too high, and have been chasing the market down since they started listing. Good Luck.

probably getting very close to a sale date on the house- meaning it's about to be foreclosed on and they are not getting any offers
it's been on the market since April of 2008

that is bad. Every house usually uses Mint, Excellent, Diamond
the garage door looks like it is about to fall off.

yeah "good" usually means that all 4 walls are still somewhat attached..thats about it. It's pretty scary when they say "fair"

I can't tell from looking at it but we went to go see one where they kept dropping the price and it needed so much work - new windows, new sheetrock, new heating system etc...
