I make all of Ava's baby food, and I'd like a cookbook that touches upon food allergies, specifically milk. They have the be out there, I just can't seem to find any. Thanks!

I have Top 100 Baby Purees by Annabel Karmel and it has a small section on allergies. Many of the recipes call for butter but she recommends the use of soy margarine instead of butter if the child has an allergy, but is Ava allergic to soy too? If so. she also recommends sunflower margarine as an alternative. HTH

My DD has severe milk, egg, nut, and wheat allergies... along with some others. She basically follows a vegan diet - I haven't found a cookbook - I more or less just makes things from scratch (and I am no cook).
You'd be amazed at what you can find at a Trader Joes, Wild by Nature and some supermarkets. You just have to give yourself a few trips, and some time to look around and see what works for you.
You can find vegan cheeses, burgers - soy products - waffles. All things that do not contain milk or egg products - and are not manufactured on equipment that also process milk or eggs.
