I make spaghetti, DD loves it. Pasta, 1 jar of Prego Meatball spaghetti sauce and i cook 1/2 lb. hamburger and mix it with it. DD loves it and we do too. So easy...
Does she eat the same things you eat or do you make a different dinner for her?

I used to make individual turkey meatloaves in muffin pans and freeze them.
I would also make lentils (cook in chicken broth) and keep in the fridge - so I could mix up w/ some pasta and grated cheese.
Spinach pancakes were a big fave (Still are), serve w/ a cup of applesauce

he eats mostly what we eat but occassionally I'll give him something else.
if he's really fussy, he just gets farina with fruit and then off to bed.
also easy
pasta with frozen spinach and melted cheddar or mozzarella cheese
eggs with spinach
pasta with peas and parma cheese
he loves stuffed pasta...ravioli and tortellini with just a bit of olive oil/butter and cheese. you can throw any cooked veggie in with that...broccoli, zucchini etc.

She generally eats what we eat.
Tonight I'm making chicken pot pie which she loves. But that takes about 45 minutes. not sure how much time you have.
Can you pick up a rotiserrie chicken ? add veggies and rice from home ?

turkey sloppy joes- i try to get lots of chopped veggies in there like peppers and carrots. i like making turky chili too b.c i had kidney beans, which she loves. lentils with pasta, peas with pasta, mac n cheese from scratch, mini chicken burgers, i try to make things that the whole family would enjoy with special attention to nutrition

Re: can anyone share any easy recipes for your 12-18 month old for dinner
DD loves rice and it's so easy to prepare so I try to make it at least twice a week... mix in some scrambled egg, a veggie, boiled/baked chicken, cubed ham, turkey, lentils, whatever I have or we're eating really. Sometimes i'll do baked chicken nuggets to go with the rice and some applesauce or a veggie.
We have pasta once a week or more too with different sauces (pesto, marinara, meat sauce) and steamed veggies mixed in and I keep perogies and ravioli in the freezer so I can do something quick if I need to, so easy and DD eats it up!
I've just recently been trying to cook 2 meals on the weekend so we have leftovers for a few nights during the week for when I have to pick up DD and get home late. Zucchini quiche, eggplant parm, lasagna, meatballs, big rice dishes are all easy to heat up the next day.
Check out weelicious for a lot of good/unique recipes for kids.
