can i crash and ask a question?

so i am 3 days late and took two digital pregnancy tests last week and both came up not pregnant? but i haven't got my period yet? did anyone else experience this and they really were pregnant?

***UPDATE*** it's now 3:30 and i took one a few hours ago and it was negative. however still don't have my period and am still getting cramps. my cramps have lasted about 5 days now.

I have heard that it's sometimes inconclusive within the first couple of days after your due date. Fingers crossed!

Did not experience this but maybe try using a more sensitive test. The digital ones are not as sensitve.

Re: can i crash and ask a question?

You are saying you took the tests last week? I would take another and make sure it's the earliest respondig one, but you may also want to try a couple of dollar store ones- sometimes they are more sensitive than the higher end, quick responding ones.

I took 2 dollar store tests back to back and got BFP. Then got the digital to confirm . . .

I just know when I was TTC, many people found that the cheaper tests ended up being more sensitive . . .

Re: can i crash and ask a question?

Either get the Dollar Tree ones, or just the plain jane ones at the store, but just make sure they say the 5 days earlier ones. Are you still feeling blah?

AF was due Sunday so I tested on Friday with one of those 5 day earlier tests. I got a BFN.
I tested Tuesday night and got a BFP. Good luck! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

ETA: This was with a CVS test. I had cramps too.

Try the First Response-it can detect a few days earlier than the digital ones.
