Can I eat blue cheese dip
The label says made with pasteurized milk. I pasted the ingredients below
SOYBEAN OIL, CULTURED NONFAT BUTTERMILK, BLUE CHEESE (PASTEURIZED MILK, CHEESE CULTURE, SALT, ENZYMES), SOUR CREAM (CULTURED NONFAT MILK, CREAM), WHOLE EGG, DISTILLED VINEGAR, EGG YOLKS, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF SPICE, GARLIC*, SALT, MUSTARD BRAN, XANTHAN GUM. *DEHYDRATED

Anyone else have any opinions on bleu cheese...someone told me today that even if it's pasteurized..it's "moldy" so I can't eat it??????????

I thought if it was pasteurized it is fine. It would make me nervous still but I think you are in the clear.
