Can I eat pasta w/clam sauce?
Ok, I feel dumb asking this but I just wanted to check & see if it would be ok to eat pasta w/clam sauce since I am craving it like a mad woman!! Thank you!!
By the way, anyone else have cravings they would like to share? When I'm not having m/s I'm eating pizza, bagels, and I had McDonald's for the first time in 7 years last week. I feel kind of guilty!

As far as I know, you can. I don't think there is anything in the ingredients that is restricted.

yes you can, shellfish is the safest for you, it has the least amount of mercury.
