I wouldn't unless I specifically discussed it with my ped and she told me how much to give.
For us, our ped did not OK over the counter meds until 6 months.

I wouldn't unless she has a fever
(and then I'd call the ped, but my ped did let me give him tylenol/generics at 8 weeks after shots)

I wouldn't. I would call the dr. and see what he advises. DD is 8 weeks and I haven't given her anything yet, she had a mild cold. I used saline drops and the humidifier and kept track of her temp, which never went past 99. Dr said to keep an eye on it and let him know if there was a fever or it got worse.

I wouldn't give it either-it isn't effective for a cold anyway.
I know it's hard to see your DC suffer, I would call you ped to see if there is anything else you can do-feel better.

Re: Can i give my 7 week old infant "tylenol"
I'd say no
AJ got super sick at 8weeks old.. the suffering! I remember having to literally lean her against my face so she could sleep and so could I. It was so sad. Worst week of my life .. or pretty darned close to it!
Sorry meant to say.. the doc specifically told me she couldn't have ANYTHING if her fever wasn't super super high and if it was she'd have to say in the hospital. Basically no go to over the counter at that age.
