there is a dosage chart on the DrSears website, but I would call ped to be safe.

I've been giving Lola .6 but on Dr. Sears' website it says .8 is ok for that weight.

My son was at the dr. a few weeks ago and was 10lbs14oz and she said give him 0.6, we went the other day and he is over 12 and now she said he can get 0.8
