Can I hire a personal trainer if I don't belong to a gym?
Where do I train with them? I recently heard of The Personal Training Institute, anyone have experience with them or know what they're about?

Lots of trainers do in home workouts. You could definitely look into it! They bring weights, TRX cables etc with them!

There are some with their own gym as well. Aly Flores in Deer Park has his own space
