SPR: gym/personal trainer question
Does any one go to personal training institute or does any one us a personal trainer? If so how $$ is it? Does the personal trainer come to you or go you go to them?

I used a personal trainer that came to me. It was actually a husband and wife team, they were awesome. I wish I could still afford them  I paid $30 for 1/2 hour but I had them come 3 x a week.
