Can I somehow manage to keep the Elf on a Shelf out all year?
I am LOVING the elf. It has worked wonders around here, DS is 26 months.
DS doesn't want to go into his high chair - no problem, all I say is "elf" and in he goes.
Refuses to put on his hood - "elf" is all it takes for instant compliance.
DS even yells "elf" when he does something good since we tell the elf the good and bad.
DH mentioned that we are $crewed when the elf goes away. I thought maybe we could find away to keep our buddy "elf" all year round.

Oh I wished I had your success. DS is wishy washy at best. Sometime it helps sometimes it doesn't.
