Can we eat Crab Sauce?
This might sound like a RANDOM Question...but I was thinking ahead to the holidays and my family make a crab sauce every Xmas Eve...and I know there is so much talk on mercury in shell fish while preggo. So can we eat the sauce that has the crabs in in and not eat the crabs?
Or is it bad anyway????

Crab is one of the lower mercury fish that you can eat.
