Can we eat this? (asiago cheese)
Sounds SO yummy!  But I have no idea if Asiago cheese is a "soft cheese" or not.

Asiago (one of my favorite cheeses!!) is a hard cheese. You can eat any pasteurized cheese while pregnant.
