Jack Daniels makes a pulled chicken- you can get it from Stop and Shop (cold section by the purdue shortcuts) or BJs.

All you have to do is heat it up for about 4 minutes. Then you can put it on bread, rolls, make sliders on mini potato rolls, etc.

I make it with mac and cheese.

The whole meal takes less than 10 minutes!

Hubby's new favorite is Cola Pork Chops.
Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage
2 tablespoons brown sugar
8 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Mix together the ketchup, cola and brown sugar.
3.Place pork chops into a baking pan and pour cola mixture over, coating well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4.Bake for about one hour depending on the thickness of the pork chop.

I found it on allrecipes.com (you can see other peoples reviews and their variations). The only variation I make is using half ketchup and half BBQ sauce (we love Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet & Spicy). Served over rice, very yummy.

You can throw anything into a foil packet with a chicken breast! Last night I did a handful of spinach, red onions, sun dried tomatoes, pesto, balsamic, and feta. They're budget friendly since you can use whatever's on hand and you can put them together in under 10 minutes.
