Can we talk Daylight Savings?
Okay I have been through this already but DS was much younger than and was already waking a ton during the night. Now he is 20 months and sleeps through the night but he is an early riser. He wakes around six most mornings. Any advice to not have DS wake at 5am. I will try to put him to bed a little later but too late will make him overtired which will make him wake even earlier. He currently goes to bed at 8pm.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Any BTDT moms with advice?
