Can we talk ground beef? What's the "healthiest" option
my grandma thinks it's ground sirloin, I think it's lean ground beef (7% fat).
And while we're on it....
it seems ground turkey is no healthier than the above...the cholesterol/fat is not much better than the beef, I find only ground turkey BREAST to be healthier.

yes, only the white meat of the turkey is the healthier option.
I think ground sirloin is just a better cut of meat but if the ground beef and the ground sirloin have the same % of fat then they should be equally as lean.
