Can you drink diet beverages while BF?
I know you were not suppossed to while pregnant, but wasn't sure what you can do while breastfeeding? TIA!

In theory you should have the same diet while BF as you did while PG.

I drank tons of diet coke while pregnant and breastfeeding and my son is fine...he has the normal 4 eyes and six legs, but other than that, he seems okay.

I thought you were supposed to do the same thing as while pregnant, so I havent had any diet soda while BF...but I was just going to post this topic too because Im not 100% sure.

My doctor said no problem!!!!!! If I shouldn't, I am thoroughly in big trouble because I drink a lot.
