can you eat medium cooked meat??
this may be a dumb question..but i always have my meat medium... i wasnt sure if this is ok or not...
i am clueless as to what food is good and not good while pregnant.. any suggestions!!

Yes, as long as it isn't ground meat...that needs to be cooked throughly without any pink.

my dr said med or med-well is fine- i usually eat my meat med-rare so this has been a bit hard for me...
