can you explain what braxton hicks feel like?
i get this tightening feeling in my stomach all the time-not painful, but i cant tell if its a BH or if its just the baby and the way he's positioned?

BH.....I found that the baby moving or strething a certain way could bring on a BH...

That's how my BH felt.
It was a tightening that felt different from when he moved because it was my whole belly, not just one place.
Not painful, but definitely strange feelining.

I get this tightenting in my belly that I explain as the baby trying to get out thorugh my belly button. Is that BH?

yes, tightening and sometimes my belly looks more compact and lopsided during it too. I've also noticed a tightening in my chest/lungs while it happens...especially if I'm laying down, weird. A full bladder brings them on as well (I noticed this on my own and read it in one of my books).
