Yes to mozz.. I do it all the time.

I don't know about the ricotta. I freeze baked ziti and lasagna with ricotta in it.. so I would THINK yes to that.. but I don't know how you would thaw it or if it would be too watery on it's own after the thaw?

Thanks. I am just thinking that if they are both on sale, I would get them and freeze them so I won't have to pay full price when I am ready to make my baked ziti--Chat Icon

How long can I freeze them for? I will be making them for the end of next month (the 25th)?

I know you can freeze them for a good long while (the ziti) - but I have personally only kept it frozen for 2 months at most in an airtight environment.
